Is there a challenge for the Cambridge Dieters? I find it keeps me focussed.

The Valentine's Challenge is nearly finished - 13th February.

We shall have to start an Easter Challenge!

An Easter challenge would be good. I go to my first meeting tomorrow night so it will give me a goal to focus on. I am not very good when it comes to setting my own, they always seem to be unrealistic
