I am currently on weight watchers but in 8 weeks I have only lost 3 and a half pound!! I keep getting told that it's muscle as I go to circuits, boxercise and weights every week!!
I'm getting fed up and thinking of going to slimming world as so many of my friends are on it and seem to be losing every week!!
