Hi guys,
Just done 4wks of LL abstinence and lost almost 2st.
I really struggled in the last few days of it and started researching other diets.
CD seemed to have a plan that suited my needs.
So, here i am doing the 810.
Just started on Friday and am a lot more calmer now that i know i can have a little food every day my every waking minute isn't consumed with thoughts of food like it was.
I don't expect to lose as much but a loss is a loss and that suits me fine.
Are there many of you doing the 810?
Do most of you do the ss then move up?
