Changes to SW last couple of years

Hi, are there many changes to the diet over the last 2 years? About to start again but wondering if I need to be aware of anything major before hitting the shops.

I rejoined 14weeks ago and compared to last time it's hard to say. I know a lot of syn values are different but wouldn't be able to say exactly ?

Still extra easy though with 1 HEA and 1 HEB
