changing details

hi
can anyone tell me how to change my details at side of my posts, ie goal weight etc. i know its prob simple but i am being really thick lol!

I had the same problem, took me days to work it out. At the top above the posts are all things to click on with blue background. Click on User CP which is on the far left, then you will see how to edit all your details. Wll thats how I do it anyway!!
