Hi everyone, I have only been doing LT for 2 days but already thinking about changing to CD, I did CD a year ago but only for 12 days, however moved to a new area 6 months ago and couldn't find a CDC so started LT as my pharmacy run it, but the support is rubbish and I am finding LT even more restrictive than CD as there isn't much choice

Also it seems there have been a few changes to CD since I did it a year ago so can anyone tell me if I can just swap straight over?, I still have quite a few CD shakes left from my last attempt that would prob tide me over until I found a new CDC

I'm not too sure, but I personally dont think it will hurt. I like you, tried lipotrim (yuk), it just wasnt for me.
I find CD much easier (as long as a stay focused)., as there is so much more to choose from.
    Good luck x

I don't see why not, my CDC says that the lighterlife and LT drinks are made by CD anyway. I tried cd a few years ago, but I like how the plan has changed... sole source plus lets you have some fish or chicken and veg, I really like having the option of doing that. I am enjoying it so much more than before
