Hi All,
Sorry really didn't know where to pop this thread.
Cannot find anything on SW official site about changing groups - I want to change however have payed for blocks in advance? Can I still change?
I am really not happy in my group and compared to my last one this really is awful, I do not want to be nasty to the consultant but she's rubbish, she never explain extra easy properly when I first began she just rushed through it and I can never get a hold of her to ask her questions in group because she is always running around and says she will get back to you but doesn't, the only time you get chance to speak is when your all in group going round but there are some thing I want to discuss privately? She also hasn't gave me her contact details so I cannot contact her during the week with questions! My other consultant was so friendly and always made time for you and text you before weigh in day saying hope everything is okay, really personal. SW does cost quite abit when you think about it and I want to pay for a good consultant!
