On week three of insanity. But had to take a break as I hurt my ankle. But after a weekend of weddings and after parties I have really hit the carbs hard. So I'm doing a detox sort of before I start back to insanity.

Day 1 (3/7/13)

Weight: 8:11

Breakfast: JP shake
Green tea

Snack: pineapple

Lunch: JP shake

Snack: chocolate

Dinner: went out for dinner with family. For pizza
Green tea

2+ litres of water
