Look, what's done is done, there's no point in beating yourself up about it. Just get yourself back up and start again.

A lot of people have found it hard and it is hard. You've lost 6lbs which is great. I wanted to cheat myself today, but I want this so bad, so I have to put up with it.

You can do it hun xx.

hey there all of us on this board has moments where we want to just cram food in our mouth. I hold my hand up to staring at a piece of carrot cake for ages today and wondering if it was worth eating!

My advice today is to move on - have your next shake and forget this blip happened. When your next week moment comes along (and it will come along) then just try to think about how gorgeous you will look after your diet. That always works for me. As i said to hubby i would love a curry and cake - but not as much as i want to wear a bikini this summer :p

Don't beat yourself up about it. We all feel like giving in sometimes but just have to fight the urge. You know what you want to get out of this diet so next time you feel like giving in think of your target and how it will feel to be there. Everything you want to eat now will still be there when you have finished (that phrase has really kept me going). Good luck and keep strong!

get straight back on the boat, whats done is done after a few weeks drinkin your shakes will be the norm, it doesnt bother me anymore ive got in a routine hope you carry on and do great :D

oh yeah i agree. When the ad comes on the telly i have to look away its so delicious looking. Its understandable that it was right there infront of you and you needed to eat it. But as the others have said dont worry about it..i know its got all that coating on but it is chicken at least. It wasnt like you ate a whole piece of chocolate or anything. I dont know if that might make a difference you wont know untill your weigh in. But dont feel down about it ..like that song i get knocked down i get back up again. You can do this you've done brilliantly tomorrow is monday and its a new week and a new start on your LT journey. Good Luck xxx

So it bac 2 shakes in d mornin:) Cant belive i done it and i was doing so well:(
Do uses think i will put bac on wat ive lost??:cry::cry::cry:
I cheated weekend before last and yet I lost more at the weigh in so I wouldnt think you would put weight on after that one blip as long as you carry on. The only problem I occurred was going through the whole process of mental torture again so I would definitely advise not to cave in again and continue forwards

like claire said don't worry about it.i have had a really bad week food wise. as it was my birthday i ate birthday cake (yum) :D over the weekend i had two packets of crips each day :S lol and ate all the chocolate (with my mum) that i recieved for my birthday. but i still lost 3 lbs. so you'll probs find u acctually lost weight. :) this week im going to be extra good :D xx

i came home from work the other night to find my daughter tucking into a meat feast pizza and garlic bread. i was so tempted, i just thought to myself do you want pizza or some nice new clothes? the clothes won. we all get tempted but dont feel too bad just focus on another day.
