Long time no see!!

I haven't been on here in ages since it's been so quiet and as I'm no longer using Cambridge products.

I see some old timers are still around you and that a couple of you have got married whilst I've been on a mini break . Big congrats SS and AM (sorry can't remember your names of the top of my head and no time to scan through messages).

I hope you are all well and not struggling too much. I've put on about 7lbs since I reached goal last year and am working on getting rid of them but am doing it by WW rather than Cambridge. It's annoying as I don't fit into my lovely jeans and a few dresses are too tight, but I'll get there, hopefully before Xmas.

Other than that I'm great! I've got nothing special to share - no major changes in my life in the past 6 months or so but that's fine by me

It would be lovely to hear from everyone again as we had a great connection on here last year supporting each other through the uphill struggle to goal and the mountain steep climb of maintenance.

Good to see you on here, the boards are so quiet. I don't post that much anymore but decided to come and post. Those 7lbs will be off in no time. I'm still maintaining and looking forward to Christmas - can't believe it's been 8 months since I finished CD already. Hope you're well! Take care x

Yep we got married, had a wonderful day thank you, but as ever gained a few lbs before...during...and after wedding. I think I felt restricted for so long on CD (even though it was my choice) that I just ate too much in sight for too long.

I've been back on plan 100% for 11 days, and like you am following ww, the new Pro Points plan, and am really enjoying it so far. Hopefully the benefits will show the same.
Also like you, it's the jeans I can't get in at the moment, which is pretty gutting at times, although all my fault, but I have made promises to myself that they will fit again! I never thought they would fit in the first place, so have to have some belief they will again, and with some hard work and dedication they will...

Hope you stay around, or pop in more regularly.

Hi Ali, good to see you here, I gained nearly 3 stone since goal but have lost 1 stone now on CD, was aiming for all of it before Christmas, but last week I lost 1lb and it looks like this week will be the same if I am lucky.... not sure what is happening as I am 100% SS+. Think I would do better on WW but am going to have a chat with my CDC tomorrow...

Glad your life is going great and 7lb is nothing to gain, fingers crossed for a fast loss.

AM - I love the new propoints plan - especially the weekly allowance - it's stopped me from going "oh s*d it" a couple of times LOL.

Linda -:clap: on your 1 stone weight loss!! The rest will come off in good time. Hope you're well!

Sbridge - You've done brilliantly maintaining for 8 months! I still haven't quite found my balance and seem to be forever putting on a few lbs and losing them again...still hopefully it will come in time.

Lovely to see your thread pop up. I don't get on here nearly as much but then when you're not doing cd it's not really the place. But I can honestly say I have never come across support like we had on here.

I am almost at goal and do a lot of maintenance these days but have kept my diary in the diaries section and this forum gets a bit quiet and i really need the support. lovely to hear from you and WOW for not gaining it all back!
