I'm pretty new to dieting - this is day 3. I'm basing my diet loosley on slimfast so shake for bfast, healthy snack, 200 calorie lunch (fruit or sald with fish or krisprolls), slimfast snack in the pm and then 600 kcal tea.

I picked up the cheddar bites to try and I wasn't very hopfeul even though I've liked the choc bars but the cheddar bites are sooooo yummy. You think they'll be cardboardy and horrid but they are really crunchy and full of an almost smoky cheddar flavour. Absolutely gorgeous.

    Yum!

    Hope everyone's going well :)

The pretzels are nice but the cheddar bites are definitely nicer!

Never actually tried the snacky stuff. Seems a wee bit expensive to me. If i was out and had no other choice i probably would though.

They're only 59p in boots, which isn't much more than a bag or crisps

True enough, never thought of it that way. Itd be nice if shops did them in the meal deals instead of crisps. People on other diets would get them too cos of the low cals.

I've been buying them from Tesco where they're 45p which I think is pretty cheap :)

I usually prefer a low cal bag of crisps like Quavers or French Fries which are only 99 calories.
