In it for the long haul..
I'm pretty new to dieting - this is day 3. I'm basing my diet loosley on slimfast so shake for bfast, healthy snack, 200 calorie lunch (fruit or sald with fish or krisprolls), slimfast snack in the pm and then 600 kcal tea.
I picked up the cheddar bites to try and I wasn't very hopfeul even though I've liked the choc bars but the cheddar bites are sooooo yummy. You think they'll be cardboardy and horrid but they are really crunchy and full of an almost smoky cheddar flavour. Absolutely gorgeous.
