I usually have this but then I got half-fat cheese from M&S. There's quite a bit difference between the two!
Which in your opinion is better ? xx

I guess half fat is reduced fat?? anything thats lower fat than normal cheese counts as reduced?? the list of HEA's on the SW website lists some good ones (i think)

Xassy if you go into online diary they're listed in there. There's also a downloadable PDF version (though I don't think it lists them all on red/green just EE) if you go into 'getting started our healthy eating plan' on the left of the homepage you'll find loads of info on HE's etc and the PDF's. If it's red/green you follow though you'll click on that link and then another on the left that says 'our other plans'.
