This ladies is heaven, made this several times on sw just worked out calories

153 calories

1 Allpen light fudge cerial bar. Zap in microwave for 10 secs press into bottom of ramakin.
Mix together about 2 tbs of quark 1 sachet of options white chocolate, and 2 tbs Splenda. Put in ramakin.
Top with sliced strawberys. ( 1/2 cup)

You may want to use more quark please double check calorific value, I think I've done it right x

I tried this on SW and found the quark very thick, always meant to retry it using a mix of quark and ff or yog...
