Cheese HEXA

Hiya, I usually use reduced fat cheddar for my HEXA which i know is 40g right? does anyone know how much normal mature cheddar cheese is in grams as a HEXA? As i've ran out of the reduced!!!

Not meaning to sound pedantic, but it's 30g of normal cheddar. You might want to check your book, as if it says 28g then theres a pretty good chance it's out of date

Oh I didnt even check my book hun. I just thought it was 28g. I have the lastest book but I only ever use lf cheese!!
