cheese sauce recipe

How do you make your cheese sauce?
I usually do the melted butter and flour way but was wondering if you could do it was quark?

i melted 6 laughin cow extra light triangles (hex a)in a pan over a low heat with some water to make it runnier..... i added to my dish, then when it was nearly done i added grated cheese (hex a) to make it extra cheesy.

i don't like cooking with quark - it goes all gritty!

it used to be free,so god knows how its ended up as syns??nothings changed with it??
