I made a batch if these today and was wandering how do you all store these?

Yeah I agree with you Cat - They really need to be eaten within an max of 48 hours (the ones I made have done anyway!)

I wrapped any I wasn't eating up in tinfoil and kept them in the cupboard. They weren't so nice when refrigerated and even worse when frozen. Lush when fresh though
