Sorry I've done a search and can't find any cheese scone recipes on here. There's a yoghurt scone that could probably be adapted.

hhhhmmmm using polenta or semilina - but this is supposed to be syned if used as flour substitute?? may try something similar with smash but not put as much water in

I have to agree, but also tastes are different, so what does not work for one may for another.
