So 15 days into the diet and I've crumbled - this afternoon I was desperate for something, so I had my last shake early, drank more water and it didn't fill the gap, so I had a big chunk of stilton cheese :break_diet:
And just now I felt the same and ate a big chunk of cheddar. *sigh* I really didn't think I'd do this, especially not so early. I wonder how much it will impact on losses :sigh::cry:
