    Didnt the packet have NV's? The reason i ask is becuase i cant find it in my shop book thingy. Couldnt you maybe just do it as a roll and then the cheese and add em up? Sorry if this doesnt help. hopefully someone else will come along soon.

    No, no NV's they were tesco's bakery ones! :-(

    i think they are classed as tiger type rolls if that helps searching sorry i have no books to do so

    just looked on daily plate it tells you nutritional values for items, and it has one cheese roll , 240 cals and 4 sat fat, so basing it on this 4.5p ... so say 5 points to be on the safe side?
