    Can I use Asda or Tesco own brand low fat Cheese triangles as a HEXa please?

    Right i know you can shift the cereal to own brands but i really dont know about the cheese. Though i do know they have them on offer in and good value money wise in asda :D. Check the nutrional info of both brands and also i would ring your consultant or sw head office and ask

    I should have said I am doing SW on my own using books from E Bay. I have been coping quite well with referring to my Directory and help on this site.

    Right ok urmm i'm a real newb to sw so dont want to say yay and its wrong but i would of thought if it was same with fat and calls it would be ok.

    Tesco and sainsburys both have offers on laughing cows at the moment if its a cost thing! Not sure about own brand cos of the variation in fat content!
