I use Low Low which most definitely not), however I only ever have 20g of it and my fat intake is within the rules ( it's 22% fat so low for the rest of the day that I luckily don't get any side effects. Weight Watchers also do a hard cheese ( I think its a grated one) and off the top of my head its either 10 or 15% fat.

well Tesco used to do a hard cheese that was within the rules.. i used to buy it, but i now cant seem to get it anywhere. it wasnt the nicest if you had it on its own or on toast , but on spag or pasta, it gave that cheese feeling and taste to the dish....
it was in the light choices healthy living range that tesco do.. so if you find it...
if i remember (as i have done this thread before as well) Kae told me about a Rosemary Conoly cheese that you can get in asda (i could never find it) that was also in the rules.
