Hello Everyone,

I picked up a little packet of cheddar cheese today, it is flavoured with chillis and lime. The packet is 40g and works out 8 syns.

My question is if i only had 30g of this could i class it as a healthy extra?

I dont see why not as they dont specify what type of cheddar, what do you think?

I'd be with you on that. Even doing the maths the 30g would work out as 6 syns and that's how much the HE allowance generally is.

That cheese sounds interesting - where did you get it?

Sainsburys i think it was called something like chunky cheese company. It was 69p in a black packet. It was 40g so i had half yesterday and half today as healthy extra a x
