Good afternoon Ladies and Gents,

I restart at Slimming World on January 4th but I am planning my meals so I can hit it hard and organised (hopefully) is it still 40g of reduced fat cheddar cheese as a healthy extra A choice?

Yes, 40g of low fat cheddar is a hex A. Also 45g Reduced fat halloumi, or 65g Reduced fat mozzarella if you want to mix it up a bit!
