    How bad is it?

    Can you get away with nibbling a cube or two of strong cheese now and then? I don't mean half a pound at a time, but a bit of stilton with a tomato as a snack...

    I would go for laughing cow low fat, because it's very low calorie low fat and better to stick to the light flavours, rather than getting used to big strong flavours again too soon. If that makes sense. ;)

    I'd say only nibble on cheese if you can stop after just a nibble. (Same advice I give myself where cake is concerned, unless it's a planned treat; ooh maintenance takes a lot of determination...)
