Attack Cheesecake

I amended recipe slightly for use on cruise.
4 tblsps oat bran
2 tblsps wheat bran
30ml water
tsp cinnamon
Filling-
1 tsp of lemon extract or juice half lemon or other flavouring
1 227g tub of quark (i found 250 too much!) of quark
1 egg or 1 egg white only
Half tsp of vanilla essence
2 level tablespoons of sweetener
I then used this to make 8 smaller cheescakes using cupcake paper cases inside the muffin/ patty cases. This worked and i put a goji berry on top. They are very nice but this speads your oatbran out a little.
