Just made up a lovely dinner by mixing 85g low fat soft cheese with pasta and then topping with 28g grated cheddar.
I counted both of the cheeses as my two healthy extras...
Now I'm worrying that it is not OK to use both of your HE as cheese.. I don't go to meetings so am still learning the rules...
Was it OK that it did that? Panicking a bit lol...
