Cheesy bagels

Hi all

Before I joined SW this week, I had bought some cheesy topped bagels. Not too sure if they're Tesco or ASDA own.

Anyone know of the syn value for this or any further information?

Looking in syns on line I would guesstimate the whole days syn allowance of 15 as most plain seem to be 12-14 - sorry!!

I think I'll take them to work and pop em in the fridge. If they go missing, better for me!!!

I'd go by the calories, 20 cals per syn. If they're the Asda Chosen by You ones, they are 234 cals, 12 syns..

Shame, they sound so good!
