I've recently heard about these Chia seeds and one of the benefits is meant to aid weight loss, as it keeps you fuller for longer.
It's also high in fibre and Omega 3 (containing more omega 3 than salmon).
Apparently you can make it taste like whatever you want by adding it to porridge, smoothies etc.
I was wondering how these would be counted on SW?
Would they be a syn or free or a HEA?
Want to start eating them as I don't get enough Omega 3 but I don't want it to hinder any progress SW will have!
