chicken kebab syns

Hi all new to slimming world and have had my first takeaway tonight, need a bit of help with adding it all up had a chicken kebab so know the chicken is free, salad free but what about a pitta and the chilli sauce? Thanks in advance x

Was the chicken carved or was it lumps of breast?

If it was chicken carved from the big rotating kebab (cant think of how to describe it) then it will be 5 syns for a small kebab or 8 syns for a large kebabs worth. That's just for the chicken.

Can't see any values for a complete kebab but searches on my phone are awful!

Hi, it was lumps of chicken cooked on the griddle? I've put that as Free since it was "proper" chicken pieces rather than the other fattier type

I am having a chicken kebab tonight for my tea. I will be ordering it to come without sauce and pitta though. Will add my own sauce.
