Well, a pitta bread alone is listed as 9 syns in my book! Ouch!
I love chicken kebabs as well, but would always have a large one! lol

chilli sauce on it is usually about 3 syns, i usually on eat half the pitta for 5 syns and always order a large one too, with loads of salad mind you!

chicken shish kebabs should be fine, it is planned grilled chicken and salad. avoid the sauces though, especially garlic
