Yes that's fine. This works for me: Don't get hungry. I like Atkins because I can eat anything protein and green veg whenever, which means I can 'cover' any hunger pangs. My big problem has always been going off the rails, this only happen when I was ravenous. Now I cover it with 3 good meals and 1-2 snacks like beef jerky or boiled eggs. Some people swear by carrying babybel cheeses with them.
