Heres my new favourite Sunday Lunch recipe. Hope you like it

[FONT="]Approximately -1.6 pro points per sausage roll [/FONT]
[FONT="]Use : 2 pro points for 1[/FONT]
[FONT="]Use : 5 pro points for 3[/FONT]

[FONT="]Ingredients[/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]400g chicken mince 16 pro points
1 medium carrot (grated) 0 pro points
1 small zuchinni (grated) 0 pro points
½ a small onion ( grated) 0 pro points[/FONT]
[FONT="]1Tbs Soy Sauce 0 pro points
2 sheets reduced-fat puff pastry 4 points[/FONT]
[FONT="] [/FONT]
[FONT="]Instructions[/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
[FONT="]Set oven at 200 degrees.
Mix the 1st five ingredients in a bowl.
Cut pastry sheets in half and spread mix down the centre of each half. Fold each over filling, overlapping edges and place the join underneath.
Brush with milk and cut each roll into 3 pieces.
Place on greased oven tray and bake for 30 minutes or until golden[/FONT]
