chicken shish kebab...

had half of the kebab earlier, weighed it and it was 50g.. can anyone help me with a syn value? i have been searching all day and have no info that i can use! it was 2/3 of one stick, if that helps at all.. today has been green for me, but iv only had 2 of my 4 healthy extras so far so willing to call today extra easy.. thanks in advance, i would use the sw site to find out but couldn't get to class this week as i was ill, therefore have no access :( x

well chicken shish kebab is just chicken fillets grilled on a stick with a side salad so im assuming free on original and extra easy. im having it tonight on extra easy with rice and a jacket potatoe.

i hope its free. they dont fry , theres no fattening sauces and the chicken has no fat on so. fingers grossed its ok.

now on the other hand the chicken or lamb donners are bad bad bad lol full of fat and god knows what else. steer clear of those vertical ones they shave lol
