i tended to add chilli or curry powder to mine , but after week 2 found i could not stomach them any longer as they left me feeling bloated

hi I think the green bits are parsley. Everyone thinks the soup is gross but I dont mind it. I actually am not keen on the chocolate any suggestions to spice it up a bit - whisky - brandy ??? just kidding

YUK! The Chicken Soup was soon banished from my kitchen - after 1 sip of the stuff! I have never tasted anything so gross in my life

I quite like it now to be honest...

iv been putting curry powder in and Bombay spices, and although there was a big hoo har about it putting weight on us i lose 6lbs this week...

so think its quite safe!!
