chicken thighs

    hi does anyone know the points for chicken thighs, small ones etc.....also I only eat the pure chicken off it, if you know what I mean, no fatty bits or anything like that as I am fussy with meat.
    says 3 1/2 p in the book but surley it won't be that much if I am not eating the entire thigh?????

    Chicken thighs for every 85g skinless and boneless 3.5 points! Hope this helps!
