I know chicken is allowwed on phase 1 but what type? Can it be thighs and drumsticks as well as breast? Also cam I cook it anyway I like and what about the skin.( my fav when crispy ) lol.
Yes, you can eat all of the chicken, even the skin and can cook it anyway you like (even fried) as long as you don’t add any marinade or anything with sugars in. Remember this diet is not about counting calories!
