1 x tin of chickpea dahl (check syn value to ensure it's free - I used the brand Morrisons stocks)
1 x packet of Batchelors curry savoury rice (or golden)
1-2 x tbsp mild curry powder (again, check syn value to ensure it's free. I used Asda's own)
4 x eggs
Make rice up according to packet. Mix in dahl and curry powder and crack in the eggs. Mix well. Spray mini muffin tin with fry light and add the mixture. Bake in oven until cooked and browned. Turn put and allow to cool. I got 50 mini bites out of this mixture and they are brilliant for kurbing hunger pangs
