Hey there,
I'm ordering my first SW friendly takeaway tonight and I'm opting for the chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice. It says the portion size for it to be 5.5syns are 360g but unfortunately I don't have a set of scales! I was just wondering how much roughly is 360g? For example, the meat comes in a foil container - would it be 1/2 of this or 3/4 etc?
