I posted this in syn values but it may be more useful in here so I thought I'd post a thread here too.
I've searched before for syns for Chinese chicken curry without much joy. I decided to treat myself to my favourite takeaway tonight and worked out the syns by googling the nutritional value and entering it into the syns calculator. So for a 350g portion it came to 17.5 syns on EE which sounds about right. Not something for every Friday night but it was so much yummier knowing I could syn it correctly!
