Hi
I have recently restarted SW using my books at home and am quite good at working out syns etc however I wanted to double check flavoured quark as I don't think it's FREE and couldn't find obviously info by googling it so thought I'd try you lovely people!
First type are the Grahams Dairy Quark Protein 22g pots. I bought them from home bargains in raspberry, strawberry and peach and they are delish! Any idea on syn values?
Second request was also from home bargains and was the Lindahls vanilla quark and also the strawberry flavour too. I have read somewhere these are free but wanted to double check.
