Isn't it just deep fried cabbage? If so I would say no.

Definitely not recommended, I'm afraid. As mouse says, it's deep fried in oil and then liberally sprinkled with salt.

Must admit, I love it, too!

if you fry some curly kale in a pan with a teeny bit of oil then put in the oven on a baking tray to crisp up it tastes like it. I have it all the time on atkins x
