Chinese cucumber salad

Ok that might not be the traditional name for it, but thought some of you might like this. You can have this hot or cold, and spicy or not spicy. Used to eat this all the time in China when it was hot out.

prepare you cucumber however you like, thick/thin slices, chunks that have been bashed with side of knife, peel removed etc

make up one stock cube, but with less water than directed
add rice wine vinegar
a dab of oyster sauce
sauce soy
sweetner
chilli or chilli flakes if you wish

Put the cumber in the mixture and let it sit while you make rice, or put in fridge till cold then make rice. Put cucumber salad and some sauce over rice
