Chinese Jar Sauces

Does anyone know of any good chinese cook in sauces that aren't too high in syns?

I've got lots of pork left from Sundays dinner and want to casserole it and have that with rice tomorrows dinner. Planning ahead.

Hi,

I tend to make my own sauces but the teriyaki one from Tesco is 1 1/2 syns per table spoon and is in a pouch. I am using it tonight for two and will probably use about 6 syns would between us. You could make this into a sauce by adding some stock and then thickening up at the end with a little cornflour.
