Chinese palin soft noodles?

Hi, are Chinese chippy plain soft noodles with bean sprouts mixed in free?

It says in sw book plain soft Chinese noodles free. But I'm doubting myself.

Takeaway Chinese noodles, boiled, are free. Fine as long as they aren't fried or in a sauce. And beansprouts are free too

So I guess without asking I wouldn't know how they are usually cooked? They are not big communicators our local Chinese lol Thanks xx
