Chinese pancakes

Big, busty and Blowsy!
I know from other threads that some of you ladies are missing your tortilla wraps, so here's a recipe for chinese pancakes that may fill the gap!

112g plain flour (20 syns)
1 table spoon oil (hexa)
100ml boiling water

Put 100g of the flour in a bowl, add the oil, and boiling water.
Mix with a fork and tip onto work surface. knead for 5mins. Put back into the bowl and cover with a damp tea-towel, leave for 30mins.
Knead again for 2mins, then divide into 8 balls. Roll each ball out, using the left over flour, until it is paper-thin (or as thin as you can!). Cook in a hot, dry non-stick frying pan for a few seconds each side, until cooked but not brown.
Use as wraps, hot or cold, with a filling of your choice!
This works out at 2.5 syns each, a lot less than the ready-mades!

Oh wow! I may have to try this next time I fancy some Quorn Fajitas! Thanks! :)

I am definitely going to try these! I'm missing my wraps :(

Just to add, the oil isn't a HEa, but if you use extra virgin olive oil you can use it as a HEb. Other than that it would add 6syns to the recipe making it to 26 divided by however many you make :)
