Chinese point help please......

This is my first week and I've got friends coming round for a Chinese at the weekend. I normally have a full carton of chicken chow mein and a full carton of egg fried or special fried rice (yeah, I know I'm an oink)!!

Can anyone please help me out with the syns for this please ?

I think usually chicken chow mein is about 7 syns but not sure bout the fried rice. If u have boiled rice instead though it should be free!

The food optimising book says:

Chicken chow mein is 7 syns (green/ee plan) or 11.5 (red) for a 380g portion.

Special fried rice is 9.5 (green/ee) or 17 (red) for a 310g portion.

Fraid you'll have to get your scales out to see how much of a carton you get for a 'portion'!
