Chinese, sliced chicken super....syns????

Had my 1st weigh in this week and lost 4lbs,was really happy so decided to treat myself to a Chinese? Will walk it of 2moro.lol. But cud sum1 give me a rough estimate of how many syns there is in a sliced chicken super? (plain chicken,chips and gravy) xxxxx

I worked it out on the website its about 25 sysn. 17.5 syns for the chips ( 227g), 7.5 syns for the gravy, average portion, and if you have any rice fried rice its 4 sysn per 300g! Not bad really if you save your sysn for the weekend!
