Chinese Takeaway- BBQ Sauce

Hey everyone!
I'm having a chinese tonight & I LOVE the meals with the BBQ sauce..
I'm so fed up of chow mien... anyone got any ideas on the syn value of this bbq sauce???
I'd be so happy if you knew, I can't find it anywhere

I usually go for Beef/Chicken in Black Bean Sauce with boiled rice - only 5.5 Syns for the whole lot!
