chinese takeaway pro points

Hello everyone, i was just wondering wat the propoints would be for my favourite meals from the chinese takeaway would be. I think I like the worst ones because i either have the crispy chilli shredded beef (i think it's deep fried!!!) or the cantonese sweet and sour chicken (with batter!!). But just for curiosities sake I want to see if i could squeeze those in using my weekly allowance and some activity points! Also...what are the propoints for a whole tub of egg fried rice? This probably explains why i need weight watchers..... :rolleyes:

Just had a look in my book and there is a sweet and sour chicken (balls or peking style) 13pp, egg fried rice 16pp, aromatic crispy duck with pancakes (per filled pancake) 9pp. Hope this helps u.

Thank you very much, that is very helpful-any idea about the crispy shredded beef? I might just have to steer clear of the Chinese from now on though!
